Refund & Returns Policy

At ThinkTank International, we are committed to maintaining transparency and accountability in all our operations. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which donations, membership fees, or other financial contributions may be refunded, as well as the process for initiating a refund request.

1. Donations

  • Non-Refundable Contributions: All donations made to ThinkTank International are considered voluntary and are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided unless a technical error or duplication occurred during the transaction process.
  • Refund Requests: If a refund request is necessary due to an error or duplication, donors must submit their request within 10 days of the transaction date.It will be reviewed by our team if approved refund will be credited within 7- 10 days in your initial mode of payment.
  • Process for Requesting Refunds:
    • Email your refund request to thinktankcouncil@gmail.com with the following details:
      • Full Name
      • Donation Amount
      • Transaction Date
      • Proof of Payment (if available)
    • Our team will review the request and respond within 7–10 business days.

2. Membership Fees

  • Eligibility for Refund: Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with processing or activation of your membership, you may contact us to review your case.
  • Cancellation of Membership: Refunds for canceled memberships will be processed on a pro-rata basis only if the cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of membership activation.
  • Processing Time: Refunds for eligible membership cancellations will be processed within 15–20 business days after approval.

3. Event Fees & Registrations

  • Refund Policy for Events: Refunds for event registrations are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the event-specific guidelines. In most cases:
    • Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 10 days before the event date.
    • Partial refunds may be available for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
  • Force Majeure: If an event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees may choose to transfer their registration to a future event or request a refund.

4. Merchandise Returns (if applicable)

  • Eligibility for Return: Merchandise purchased through ThinkTank International must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of purchase.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital downloads, customized products, or perishable goods, are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at thinktankcouncil@gmail.com with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
